The Birth of Cozy&Coco

Writer: DominiqueDominique

Well, not the "real" birth of Cozy and Coco as they are my daughters. (nicknames) I had discussed with my husband years ago that if and when I start a business I thought Cozy & Coco would be great. Kinda chic, kinda cute, kinda unique, and definitely in my heart. It was this same man (my wonderful husband....pardon the mush) that encouraged me to push myself and finally get things off the ground. You see, I feel I was born with an entrepreneurial spirit (my father says it's in our genes) I also like to create with my hands and my mind so this is my outlet. I wanted to have a boutique where I could sell what I love and offer unique items that I have come across in the past or recently. I constantly find cool stuff, sometimes even at thrift stores. But I didn't want to do the ebay or etsy thing. I wanted more flexibility and individuality. It has been quite the journey so far. Feelings of excitement in meeting some really cool people and finding even more awesome products along with frustrations of the details, the rules and regulations, licenses, etc. They don't tell you much. You have to learn as you go which can be CA-RA-ZY, but thankfully quite fun and rewarding (when something comes together.) It's sort of together now. Enjoy the Crazy.

This is a flower I captured at the Conservatory of Flowers in S with Mr. Bee. That is the place I found out about Ineke perfumes. I saw the Scent Library and fell in love! Who know I would be selling that beautiful little box of delights one day.
